Avoid contact with sharp objects. Recommended is professional clean or hand wash gentle in cold water. Wash inside out, reshape while wet, do not bleach and avoid tumble dry.

All products are entirely hand-crafted in Berlin. Each item has been produced by unique technique, special treatment and hand-finishing.

To request a return please contact us at studio@claratwele.com and provide your order number as well / reference code of the items you would like to return. You can find the reference code on your receipt. Please include your receipt or invoice and make sure the products are properly sealed, in the same condition you received them and with all labels still attached.
Once we receive it and after examining it, we will proceed to the refund as you have requested. Shipping costs are not refundable.
We strongly recommend asking for proof of delivery (signature and name). CLARA TWELE will not be responsible for returns that are lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
The shipping is your responsibility until we receive the package. We recommend you that use a shipping service that assure you the value of the commodity.
The commodity only will be accept for return if they are shipping in the 14 days after the delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
